National Curriculum
National Curriculum (KS1 and KS2)
At St James' Church of England Primary School, we follow the statutory Primary National Curriculum 2014.
The National Curriculum provides a framework of core knowledge which must be taught. Around this, schools can develop exciting and stimulating lessons to promote the development of pupils’ knowledge, understanding and skills as part of the wider school curriculum. We are committed to providing innovative and inspirational teaching with high quality learning experiences for all pupils. We want pupils to have a thirst for learning that continues beyond their time at St James’.
